If you shoot and kill someone in holland you'll be of the hook in less than 2 years, the penalty for taxfraude normally is higher here than the penalty for murder. Sounds crazy, doesn't it ? But it's the truth. In some cases there isn't even a jailsentence involved, just some kind of psychological treatment.
