You have to click the carry icon on the left hand side of your screen first... and then on the obelisk's... then just drag them around and re-decorate Anephas' shrine.... this also give the shrine some much needed light in some of the darker, gloomy areas of temple. Surely this would increase the sale value of the Shrine incredibely.
