I'm not Memnoch but:
A: Its a new board. Ziroc is working on things. They are gone. (For good? Don't know.)
B: Ziroc is changing things around, so it is probably running slow until he gets the little tweaks out.
C: It's Ziroc's board. Memnoch didn't change anything.
D:It's is right now.
