mmm... what pics are too large, what is considered "too large"? I resized both of mine to around 200 kB or less (from over a meg, it seemed like a decent compromise between quality and size), but sometimes it's hard for those of us with broadband to understand how long it takes for stuff to load, this thread pops up in a couple seconds on my system. Heck, I don't personally consider a picture "large" until it's over 10meg, and consider anything less than 500k or so to be quite small.

In any event, when the title of the thread is "post your picture" I would think that dial-up users would be automatically cautious
