You can always set your NEBISASMELLYBASTARD Global variable back to 1 (0 = he isn't there, 1 = he's there, 2 = he's dead) & he will re-spawn, complete with more Illithium (& a new head, even). If you don't mess with your SPRITE_IS_DEADNEB variable after killing him the first time, his "children" will react like you killed him before them & vanish (leaving more Pearls, of course).
