If you tempr is 119 C it is way to hot! You are burning out your CPU. Typical (after proper cooling) CPU temp is 40 - 60 deg C and even 60 is high. You need more case fans. You might want to replace the power supply as well. If you have a high end vid card, don't use a PS less than 350 W.
