I doubt it has anything to do with a virus as my antivirus detected a virus I received from email, which prove that's it was working when I scaned my computer.

Again, is it an UPDATED virus checker? If you hadn't updated the software (usually done free over the internet), then it could be a new virus.
Peronally, I agree with the others, in that it's probably a hardware problem. Following the troubleshooting they suggested will help.
If your BIOS is suggesting a CAS latency of 2, then setting it at 2 or higher (most run at 3, I think) should be fine. CAS latency has to do with the delay of turning info around after it's been requested.
Not sure why it's reading the incorrect RAM amount. Are you sure you bought the right type? Or... perhaps the store sold you the wrong amount.
