Not bad, not bad at all. Now everything we drink contains water. But you can't recommend in alcohol or milk. I don't know if there is any converter but 2 liters of water is perhaps the equivalent of 2½-3 liters of milk? As soon as it is not pure water the body will not absorb as much.
Attalus, I believe watered scotch will out you on the plus side. Depends on how much you water it of course.
So basically, anything that contains water counts!
BUT anything that is not pure water you will need to drink more of than 2 liters. (not coffe and beer though since those actually dehydrate the body). If you are sweating a lot, mix a little salt in the water to maintain that balance as well. [img]smile.gif[/img]
