While Im sure it is quite a lovely patooty, I hardly think it puts you in a position to know the nature of the man.

If you are refering to the recent unpleasentness in the middle east..we have been aske dnot to discuss that in the GD forum. What other evidence do you have that GWB doesn't love peace every bit as much as he loves your patooty?

While I believe I love peace and quite, there have been many times in my life where I have had to commit violence.
[/QUOTE]I don't need to know the guy very well to analyze his policies, scrutinize the people he associates with, and look for the consequences of his decisions.

Perhaps there is a difference between peace-loving and peace-making then? While we cannot discuss the war in Iraq here generally, I think discussion of Bush's peace-loving or lack of is much broader. His admin can be taken to task for renewing nuclear research, or having an "attack first" plan as military policy. Peace loving people typically don't start the fight. Peace making people certainly don't.

You may agree with a "shoot-first" policy. I don't and while that policy led to the war in Iraq, it has much broader implications.

Traditionaly this kind of "Attack-First" policy is one for conquerors and dictators. Perhaps that is the subtle point in this bit of film if there is one.
