my veiw on it is like this....
The child had nothing to do with its mother being raped, if it is deemed safe for her to have the child, then she should be allowed to do so, just because someone is mentalyill does not mean they are not capeable of having a child, maybe not taking care of it, but still having it, and someimes when a mother has a child, she will "grow up" mentaly, not saying this is what will happen, but she should be given the chance to be a mother, that is the way i feel, if the gaurdian can not accept thaat, then she needs a new gaurdian
