I confess that I do not have all the details on this. If someone can fill-in-the-blanks, please do so. There is a case in Florida where a mentally impaired woman, she has the mind of a toddler (that puts her at someonwhere between the ages of 1 and 3 in mental understanding) was raped (I do not know who, where or if they caught the perpretrator). She is now pregnant. A judge has appointment a legal gaurdian for her to determine if she should have an abortion or not. He also was critical of "the system" for not having seen that the woman had some sort of legal guardian long before this event happened. The woman does not understand that she is pregant.

What do you think? Please, I do not want this to be a general discussion of abortion, please stay on topic as to your thoughts on this PARTICULAR case.
