There were several which could play wavs and mp3s. But you should be able to do that through your task scheduler. Create a task and see if it works. Otherwise download a program that allows you to play a song at a certain time. The one I linked to above sounded promising though. It plays an annoying sound until you get out of bed and enter a code to turn it off.
