The 60% rule doesnt fly anymore ' cause of the dweomer .. since the simulacrum still knows all the higher spells, just doesnt have them memorized anymore.
( a simulacrum is basically a lvl drained copy )
NRD gives you the ability to cast the full 100% of your spell-repertoire up too lvl 9 and beyond for all I care [img]tongue.gif[/img]
