Is your birth date really 05-31-1984? I don't know about the USA, but here in Canada, you would be considered an adult, and if so, he had no right to destroy your property.

If something like that had happened to me while I was a minor, it would have been WAR. I'm not going to give you stupid ideas, but he would never have gotten away with this.
