Google doesn't seem to give any information on whether it's really banned in Norway or not; but I don't think it is, though. Maybe he did something really inappropriate at a certain awkward moment (maybe during a one minute silence for the death of Someone Important and he just happened to be near a microphone when he... you know
) and he got fined for disturbance of the peace or blasphemy or something.
