Guy's driving his car down the road one day coming up fast on a stop sign, so he slows down and almost stops, but continues through the stop sign. The cruiser behind him notices this and pull's him over.
"Slow, stop what's the difference?" the driver of the car asks the cop.
So the cop pulls out his nightstick and lays a good beating on the driver.
"Okay," the cop says. "Now do you want me to stop or slow down?"
