It is a simplistic view to cut the world in two parts with this simple dividing line. Their are social smokers these days just like there are social drinkers. While insurance companies will likely never follow suit and do this, I think there should be at least three categories: (1) addict (smoker-everyday), (2) social smoker, (3) never ever smokes. Nothing wrong with making categories that actually simulate reality.
