Indeed there is a Exp. Remover that is capable of reaching level 50 (not sure from who or where to get it but... ive heard of it) by Tactics you probably mean the "Ïmproved Tactics Mod'' I do not know if it is working with a Mac system but have A look at the Sorcerer's Place

for editors/hacks/mods. Not using the Improved Tactics mod right now so dont have a lot of info about it, lots of people know much more about that mod on this forum so... anybody?
