This will direct you straight to the sight. Its no wonder you couldnt find it really, since Xen accidentaly directed you to the .NET version of TeamBG's site. Downloads are generally gotten at the .COM page. You can find it with that link, i would think.

BTW, remember to download the VB6pkg.exe also. youll need it to run IEEP. itll take some time to get used to too, even when it is more user friendly than the original Infinity Engine Editor. Just stick to it and youll get it eventually [img]smile.gif[/img] .
