i think most people dont do so well on them because of test anxiety rather than because of not knowing the material.

but anyhow, i got a combined score of 1290.
i didnt study, i didnt worry, and i actualy had diahrea during the testing (which really sucked holding it in!)
course ive always been a halfway decent test taker unlike my sister who studies for days on end and ends up going bonkers and failing or doing poorly (shes actually smarter than i am; usualy gets A's in most of her classes - im a B's student)
Yup, the
nr.1 cause of students failing Exams is stress
nr.2 is not practicing enough
nr.3 is not learning enough

So basically keeping relaxed and knowing how they ask the question/question type seems more important than the actual facts. Did you know that your brain stores the information you read infinetly ? It is there, but we cant always acces it. You have these people who divide information into visual "chambers" in their brain, helps remembering.

For me, I tend to stress alot during math. It's really weird, I'm always the one explaining stuff to the others, but once I have to do it under pressure I forget reading details, formulas etc.
Doesnt happen with any of the other courses
Newayz, took a prescribed drug that lowers heartbeat and made a test-exam,.. a whopping 4 points higher than the test-exam I made without the stress-lowerer. ( 4 points higher on a scale of 1-10 by the way,.. so quite significant )
