To be honest I donīt understand this Loyalty Day thing. Is loyalty so scarce that it has to be reaffirm each year, or is it some kind of theme day for young Americans to learn American history?
This Loyalty Day seems to be highly symbolic and would be looked upon as a little silly in many other countries.

I canīt help but notice that this gives me a little bad taste in the mouth, I remember a thread in the war forum about a site that showed "traitors" to the US; people who have been speaking against Bushīs policy and the war. Is this what this loyalty is about or am I overreacting? I donīt think the goverment will hunt down people who thinks different, but if you put so much weight on that all Americans should be loyal to their country you wonder exactly what this loyalty is. I mean who dictates what loyalty is?
