Just for the record, I know what Charlie sounds like, and his Cockney accent sometimes is so thick I can't tell what the hell he is saying LOL, not to mention he talks so fast to boot, it is really funny how a person can speak English words, but I not only can't understand half the words he is saying, but even when I do his words don't make sense to me LOL! I have spent a lot of time saying "What?" "Can You Repeat That?" "I Didn't Quite Get That?" "What Does That Phrase Mean?" etc., etc., etc... Thing is, if he makes an effort, he can talk slowly and I can understand him perfectly, just get him when he is all relaxed and discussing a particular subject, off he goes, into Cockney land, where everyone talks and walks a mile a second, and nobody on the "outside" can understand completely everything what is being said!
It's quite funny actually, I enjoy trying to "decipher"!
Although in summary, I have to say Ramon y Ramon y Ramon's accent was the most difficult for me to understand (German), even though he was speaking English, that accent just made it so difficult (used to multiplay using Yahooo Voice Conference BGI with him and Bilqis ages ago).
