A generic search for "hex editor" on the internet should turn up a handful of editors and several dozen tutorials; just look around to find one that makes sense. I use the editor Axe (but it is difficult to find now), myself. You may not find tutorials for editing specific programs or file types, though, so don't be discouraged if you find a lack of information. Good luck!
