After destroying Bodhi, you will find her black heart in her coffin, as well as Viconias body. If you do not want to get further spoiled, a tip is to also read the books which are located in the room next to the room with her coffin.

Anyways, take Bodhi's Black Heart and Viconias body to the Temple Ruins, and into the Shade Lords dungeon. In there, you will find a statue with her arms open. Put the heart and the body in her arms, and ms DeVir will be back to normal.
