1. Flail of Ages is always worth getting. It involves starting a whole new quest, though. A regular +2 Flail can be bought from Ribald. If you want something more, or can't afford to buy one, rather get the Wyvern's Tail +2. All you need to do is to go to the Temple sewers, and kill a Dwarf and his company. There's alot of other options too, especially if you have the money.

2. You can do de'Arnisse Keep now, though you can also always wait. If I were you, I'd finish Edwins Quest first, and then go help poor miss Nalia.
