This looks like changing though. It may change the whole structure and makeup of the net.

So because people can't help stealing songs, and can't stop distributing kiddie porn, the censor-free anonymous internet may soon be a thing of the past. A few rotten eggs spoil the whole bunch.

Kind of like society. We wouldn't need laws if everyone was honest.
