I found the problem! The Graphics card ain't working. I have to play around with it. Dammit, it better be compatible with WinXP. I upgraded a little while ago, and after I updated the driver, it wouldn't work...thanks for all the help! I am so sorry I took up your time. I didn't meant to waste anyone's.

EDIT: Argh. The problem continues. I installed a different driver, and now updating it. I edited this post now because I won't be able to later. I will post once the update is done...
