True, but you won't be able to modify the composition of the party that easily, officially, that is. In multi-playergames you've got more freedom in that department... But it depends on if you actually want changes in the first place during the game. If not, by all means, turn your multi-playergame into a single-playergame for the reasons Vedran mentioned.
