You don't get msconfig in W2k or IIRC WXP either. Personally I just edit the registry...under LOCAL_MACHINE..SOFTWARE...MICROSOFT...WINDOWS...CU RRENTVERSION...RUN (easy to remember cos it's logical)
just add or delete programs you want to run at startup W2k/XP users.
