Unfortunately I have to agree with Scholarcs this guy gets a walk....unless they can convict him of acts that occured AFTER the accords.....
Edit: as far as having no right to hold him, they have every right..he is in a war zone and has no gaurentee of freedom while hostilitites are taking place....they just can't hold him for his previous crimes.
I also have to say, that surely invalidates any claim that Iraq had no terrorist ties.
