I heard a story about this on NPR yesterday. It went in depth to give the points of both sides and the remarks of the judges.
Gotta say, I'm glad I'm not a Supreme court Judge because BEFORE hearing the arguments, I was (I thought) clearly on one side of the fence about this, but after hearing the arguments, I agree with some points from both side that the attorney's made and don't agree with others. I'm not sure if I'd be able to make a decision if I had to, thought I did, but after hearing both attorney's arguments, I'm not sure what to say.
