Well, it varies. Right now, I have discovered a little place that serves bean
chalupas and I have a couple of them. For those who do not know, a
chalupa is made by taking a toasted corn tortilla, putting beef or, in my case, refried pinto beans,
frijoles refrito on top, then covering them with shredded lettuce and cheese, then topping the whole thing with
salsa picante, or sauce made with chopped tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, and cilantro. Mm-me! That's good eatin'.
