The classic mouse with a scroll ball I find the best and most comfortable, but it's really up to you. My cousin has one without a ball on the bottom, so you don't have to clean it at all, and that's pretty good as well. But I don't like the wheelball ones, with the ball on top. I just can't get comfortable with those, plus the originals don't have a scrollball, which I find most irritating. Again, I think the classic with a scrollball is the best, but by all means, find the one you're most comfortable with.
