Yeah, the Imoen Romance is part of TeamBG, and they have been down since Thursday.
Keep trying, if you have a problem, I'll burn a disc (it is quite large, about 30 MB, IIRC, because of the HUGE number of new dialogs, cutscenes, and dreams.) There is also a lot of new music, performed by the guy who did the programming, and quite good, too.
Galadria, who is quite muusicl, likes it a lot. It is enough to make the Imoen lover rejoice, better than the Nalia Romance by all accounts.
