Explore the cd and find the Uninstaller. double click it to see if it does the job. If it doesnt you can copy and paste all the files off the cd into the proper folder. try to uninstall it again.

Sometimes reinstalling will help getting an unistall done.

Depending on what OS you run there may be easier tricks to it.

If all else fails, get Norton Utilities. Manually delete everything in the folder to your recycle bin. Once thats done, Open Norton Utilities and run Windoctor. Run the scan. One the scan is finished click Repair.

At this point you MUST select the "Delete the invalid registry entry" and make sure you tick the box that says "Use this type of repair for the rest of the repairs in this category" or something to that effect. Its to the bottom left of the repair options. Very hard to miss.

If you fail to tick that little box youll have to repeat the repairs manually for all the rest of that type (until you find the box and put a check in it.)
