[/QUOTE]You're right Masklinn, it was an insult, and that whole post of his is best described as a bunch of ill considered rubbish. As Moiraine pointed out, seats on the UN security council did not evolve from WWII.

Australia may be my native land but it is a minnow as a military power - the same cannot be said for the permanent nations on the UN security council.
