Responding to the e-mails of "unsubscribe" do nothing. In fact, they "do" let the bots know there is a live person on the other end of that signal they send out, and not an invalid address. I read somewhere that you do not respond to the unsubscribe option. I also have the tgeweb account, and get that stuff all the time.
