I have the Alienware, and I gotta tell you, the Customer service is EXCELLENT! I just talked to them, took 10 mins to RMA my CPU and MB.
Alienware is pricy because they use the best components. I have been VERY happy with them. The Tower is huge, and the inside is as neatly spacious as I have EVER seen! no hanging wires..
Also inside has unlocking bays. Also can have up to 8 fans inside! (I have 7, and the damn thing sounds pretty quiet!)
On another note, anyone seen those clear fans with neon inside them? Pretty cool looking! But I'm not into wasting money (I can't) on 'oh neat-o' stuff.
