My thief with 2 enchanted short-swords has never (to my knowledge) managed to hit with both of them in a backstab. the first one hits, bonus damage, the guy turns around and it's all on as normal combat from there. can you actually make a dual-wielded backstab ? btw... ** in shortswords and *** in dual-wielding (he's a fighter dualed thief)
