As we all know, there is a Torment novel available from Wizards of the Coast. However, this novel differs significantly from the game. Because there is so much excellent dialog in the game, Rhys Hess decided to compile a story based on one path through the game, so that he could read through the excellent story at his leisure. You can also profit from this huge effort of his! We have both a pure ASCII version and a HTML version of his story available

I've read parts of it, and its pretty good. Its based direcly on the dialogue from the game (meaning; very high quality).
A small warning though. Don't read it if you haven't played/finished Planescape Torment (or intend to) for it contains massive spoilers.
