Hmm, I didn't know that. Mine is a newer program, about 2 yrs old and I updated it last year but I saw recently there's a newer version of Black Ice out now. I'm going to have to find my serial number and upgrade again after I get my pc all upgraded, which is a piece by piece kind of project for me. I wonder if BID got that problem fixed?

Nacht loves Zone Alarm. If he sees this, he might have some idea what you are having the problem with, Harkoliar. Maybe you can get some help from Zone Alarm's site? Do they have an FAQ?
