Wow, TL. Thanks for that info!! Wish I had known that 2 1/2 years ago when I first got my license. I would have gone to court if I had known those facts and fought the ticket I got. Would have saved me SO much money in insurance that I'm paying now as a result (and I still have 1 more year to go before the darn thing comes off my insurance even though it's already not counted on my license anymore.
