Errr how many nights a week do you have "family activities" scheduled? Personally with my work schedule I dont like to plan events for during the week. We tend to have dinner, and chit chat a bit then kids do homework while parents relax from a day of work.

We have something going on several nights a week. Sometimes church or ball practice or some such. What do you mean by "relax from a day of work"? What does that mean? I'm not familiar with that at all!
