The second link I offered has a wonderful list of possible items found in msconfig that the normal user that has not been taught by his friends how to tweak his system would want to have to be able to identify those items. Sometimes, it is difficult to determine what an item is, and if it is needed. The above linked list is a resource for those people like me that needed the extra help, but got tired of asking friends to do the work for them.
