Throughout the Baldurīs Gate series, I suppose levels 5-15 are best in balance. The biggest threat is gone when you donīt have to run away a pack of gibberlings.. so the beginning is just challencing, and after levels 20-25 or so things start to get unnatural even for a fantasy world.. but that is just imo.
