The "Cast Abi Dalzim Horrid Wilting on everybody in the area" option that Dundee was refering to is a
Wish option - not
Limited Wish option.
It is not party friendly, nor does it neutrals friendly - so use it with caution, to avoid hurting NPCs and/or suffer reputation lose.
