Adaware does kill Kazaa. (Did you hear tht Yorick, it kills it dead) Use Spybot to get rid of those hard to erase spyware programs. I really like it. Yorick was to polite to point it out specifically but why shouldn't Kazaa lie to you and rip you off? Downloading without paying for (most) things is taking money away from the artist.
