Pause the game, load up the CLUAConsole, and enter those 3 command line:

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("CheckViconiaMatch","GLOBAL","1")
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("ViconiaMatch","GLOBAL","1")
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("ViconiaRomanceActive","GLOBAL","1")

And then unpause the game, and enter this command, and tell me if it worked.

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("ViconiaRomance","GLOBAL","1")
