It isn't a quest, it is a part of her romance. There is not much that happens - while sleeping outdoors, the party will be waken up by Thugs. They want your money, and takes Jaheira as a hostage. So either you give them your money so they release Jaheira, you can say that they can just go ahead and shoot her, or you can sacrifice yourself.
