Hey, I think I saw something similar to that--I was taking on some Cowled Wizards, and of the 4, one of the Females always casts Simulacrum (which she can get off even while under Insect Plague, oddly enough). Anyway, perhaps I chunked her right as she finished casting her spell, because after the battle, there was a good-sized chunk of meat just spinning, spinning, spinning in one spot. It wasn't casting spells at me, though.
